Born in County Wexford, in the South East of the Emerald Isle has been singing and playing music all his life.

Michael's style of Irish Folk Music has been applauded by young and old, whether at a "Hoouley" (a party!) in the back kitchen, the grander of The Royal Albert Hall, London or in the prestigious Carnegie Hall, New York.

He has appeared in Concert in all the large venues in Ireland, also performed many times on Irish and British TV and Radio.

He has regularly toured The United States since the 1970’s, appearing in venues and halls, large and small, from; San Francisco, Chicago, Washington, New York, Boston. One of his proudest moments was appearing in The Carnegie Hall N.Y. for St. Patrick’s Day Celebration Concert.

His many other tours include: the major cities of England, Scotland and Wales, performing at The Royal Albert Hall, London, The Civic Hall Glasgow, The Free Trade Hall Manchester, etc. and six "sell out" tours of New Zealand and Australia.
 

He has appeared on stage with such well known Irish artists as; the late Frank Pattreson, Dana, Daniel O’ Donnell, Johnny McEvoy, Dave Allen, The Wolf Tones, and many more.

Living now in Sanford Florida, he appears regularly at all the well known Irish Restaurant/Pubs in Central Florida’s East and West Coast.
